1. Our Commitment

At Blue Jetty Foods, we’re committed to delivering the highest-quality frozen seafood directly to your door — fast, safe, and still frozen. Each box is carefully packed with dry ice and insulation to ensure your seafood arrives frozen and ready for the freezer.

2. Shipping Schedule

  • Processing Time: Orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days of receipt.

  • Shipping Days: We ship Monday through Wednesday only, to avoid weekend transit delays.

  • Delivery Time: Once shipped, your order will typically arrive within 2 days.

3. Shipping Area

We currently ship to select states from our facility in Northern California. The select states include:

  • California, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, Arizona, Utah, Idaho, and Hawaii

We do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes

  • Alaska or Hawaii

  • U.S. Territories

  • International addresses

4. Shipping Rates

  • Orders over $100: FREE SHIPPING

  • Orders under $100: Flat shipping fee of $9.99

We subsidize part of the shipping cost to make premium frozen seafood accessible and affordable.

5. Packaging & Dry Ice

Each order is packed in a recyclable foam cooler with sufficient dry ice to keep your seafood frozen during transit.
Note: Dry ice may fully sublimate during transit—this is normal. If your seafood is still cold to the touch upon arrival, it is safe to refreeze.

6. Tracking & Delivery

A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. We recommend being available on the day of delivery to transfer your seafood to the freezer immediately. No signature is required.

7. Delays & Exceptions

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

  • Weather events

  • Carrier disruptions (UPS)

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
