Our Story

Blue Jetty Foods is a family-owned seafood import and wholesale company serving as the gateway to the world’s largest soft shell crab farming operation. We provide direct access from our farms and partnered farms in Southeast Asia to the global market. Leveraging a direct-from-source model, we provide our partners with exceptional, high-quality seafood on a year-round basis.

Our seafood roots began nearly a century ago in the 1930s in Malaysia with my grandfather and his five sons. They operated a small seafood trading business which gradually grew through generations of dedication and hard work. Through steady expansions across Southeast Asia and specializing in soft shell crab aquaculture in the early 2000s, our family transformed a local tradition into a global benchmark for seafood production.

Today, Blue Jetty Foods brings our long heritage to the global market. We are proud to deliver our family’s finest harvest to partners across North America, Europe, and Asia—maintaining a legacy of excellence that spans nearly 100 years.
