Straight from Our Farms
All of our soft shell crabs are sourced directly from our own aquaculture farms — the largest of their kind in the world. Situated near marine estuaries along the Myanmar coast, our farms draw from the same nutrient-rich waters that feed mangrove forests, a natural habitat for mud crabs (scylla serrata). Harnessing clean freshwater from inland rivers and seawater from the Bay of Bengal and the Andaman Sea, we create the best conditions for our crabs to thrive.
Our farms are also FDA-registered facilities, holding certifications in HACCP, GAqP, ISO 22000, and HALAL across various locations. Monitored 24/7, our farms use best-in-class aquaculture practices to maintain our high food safety, water quality, and crab health standards.
